What kinds of booths do you offer?

At ATA Photobooths, we offer DSLR or iPad photo booths. All photo booths require either an iPad or a DSLR camera for it to operate, regardless of the manufacturer. You can view our available photobooths here.

Which booths allow you to send photos via text or email?

Both our DSLR and our iPad photo booths allow photo sharing using whichever software you choose. You can, of course, choose the software that we offer, but we are happy to recommend other software programs as well. You can find our software here.

What colors do your photo booths come in?

White or black.

What are your photo booths made out of?

Aircraft-grade aluminum for added quality and strength.

What kind of cameras do your DSLR photo booths use?

You can use almost any DSLR camera, but we recommend the Canon T6.

What kind of iPads do your booths use?

Typically, a 10.5”, 11”, or a 12.9” Surface Pro. Every photo booth that we have available will specify which tablet or iPad works best with it.

What is the average shipping time for your booths?

Most orders ship within 48 hours to 7 days from the time the order has been paid for. Turn-key packages do contain certain drop order items that can take up to 10 days to arrive. If you’d like a projected ship time based on your needs when you place your order, give us a call at (833) 236-0703.

Do you offer different packages for your photo booths?

Where are your booths made?

We proudly design and manufacture our photo booths in the United States.

What is your warranty?

We offer a full one-year warranty on all of our photo booths, and additionally support for a minimal fee after your warranty has expired.

Do you offer tech support?

Yes, we are always here to help with your purchase. We can offer assistance with anything from how to assemble your booth to how to start using it. For the fastest response time, fill out the contact form on our website and we will be notified of your question within hours.

Do you offer accessories for your photo booths?

Yes. We offer printers, printer cases, printer covers, travel cases, and many electrical components. You can shop our accessories here. And, if we don’t have what you’re looking for, we will help you find it.

Do you provide software for your booths?

We offer Darkroom3 software for our DSLR photo booths, and for our iPad booths we recommend FotofliQs.com, twine.com, and curatorlive.com.

Do you offer tech support for any of the software?

We are happy to help with basic questions regarding the software for your photo booth, but for the best service, we recommend contacting the software provider directly for customer support and/or tutorials on how to use their product.

Yes. Photos can be printed with a direct connection to the printer or using Air-Print technology.

Do you charge for delivery?

We often offer free shipping to the lower 48. However, in the case where we do not offer free shipping, we will always separate the shipping cost from the cost of the photo booth for you.
