1. Unpack the Helio Posh:
   • Open the travel case and remove the custom foam. Set it aside.
   • Take out the base plate and place it with the rubber feet facing down.

   • Remove the LCD column from the case.
   • Align the column to the base plate using the alignment tabs.
   • Screw the knobs to secure the column to the base plate.
3. Mount the Head Unit:
   • Place the head unit onto the column.
   • Open the back door of the head unit and secure it using the head unit knobs.
   • Connect the head unit power cable and plug in the USB cable.
4. Connect Power:
   • Remove the power cable from the case.
   • Plug it into the Helio Posh and turn it on using the power switch.
5. Prepare the Camera:
   • Unscrew the nut and remove the camera cover.
   • Turn on the camera and replace the cover.
6. Ready to Use:
   • Your Helio Posh is now fully assembled and ready for operation.
7. Disassembly:
   • To pack up, simply reverse the assembly instructions.

Step-by-Step Instructions(iPad Installation)

1. Insert the iPad:
   • Place the iPad into the Helio Sapphire Pro.
   • Press down gently on all sides to ensure it makes good contact with the glass.
2. Insert the Charging Cable:
   • Connect the charging cable to the iPad.
   • Align and secure the cable to prevent obstruction.
3. Secure with Wing Nuts:
   • Align the screws on all sides and attach the wing nuts.
   • Ensure the wing nuts are tightened evenly to hold the iPad in place.
4. Adjust Screws for Contact:
   • Check and tighten the screws that press the iPad onto the glass to avoid dead spots.
   • If necessary, loosen and re-tighten the screws for even pressure.
   • Avoid over-tightening; ensure consistent resistance across all screws.
5. Organize the Cables:
   • Tuck the loose cable to the side to keep it out of the way.
   • Insert the USB-C power cable through the designated hole and secure it.
6. Final Touches:
   • Align and tighten the screw in the back to secure the setup.
   • Test the touchscreen to ensure proper functionality and confirm there are no dead spots.

1. Prepare the USB Drive:
   • Insert the USB drive into your computer.
   • Create a folder named “playlist” on the USB drive (must be named “playlist”).
   • Copy your video files into the “playlist” folder. Optionally, organize them into subfolders.
2. Connect the USB Drive to the Mini PC:
   • Insert the USB drive into the USB port on the back of the Mini PC connected to the Helio Posh.
3. Set Up the Wireless Keyboard:
   • If using the wireless keyboard, insert its USB receiver into the Mini PC.
   • Turn on the keyboard and use it to navigate the Mini PC interface.
4. Configure the Media Dashboard:
   • Ensure the Mini PC is connected to an Ethernet connection or hotspot for the dashboard setup.
   • On your iPad, navigate to Settings > Wi-Fi > Ethernet and switch to a manual IP setup.
   • Enter the following settings:
     • IP Address: 192.168.10.99
     • Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
   • Save the settings and proceed.
5. Access the Media Dashboard:
   • Open your browser and type “at.loo” in the address bar to load the media dashboard.
   • From the dashboard, select the folder containing your videos and click “Start” to play them on the LCD screen.
6. Adjust Video Settings:
   • Ensure videos are in 540×1920 resolution for full-screen display on the LCD.
   • To play a slideshow, navigate to the photo booth software, copy the gallery link, and paste it into the media dashboard.
7. Slideshow Settings:
   • Customize slideshow transitions, background colors, and other settings as desired.
   • Start the slideshow and verify it displays the event photos correctly.
8. Ensure Wi-Fi Connectivity:
   • Connect the Mini PC to Wi-Fi using the wireless keyboard.
   • Select the desired network from the list and connect.

Step-by-Step Instructions(Direct Printing Setup)

1. Load the Media:
   • Load the printer media (paper and ribbon). For detailed instructions, refer to our knowledge base.
2. Connect the USB and Power Cables:
   • Plug the USB cable into your printer.
   • Connect the printer’s power cord to the power strip or an available outlet.
3. Helio Flare Specific Setup:
   • Connect the USB cable directly to the Printio port on the Flare.
   • Plug the power cord into the power strip if using the full system.
4. Helio Posh Specific Setup:
   • Plug the USB printer cable into the available USB port at the bottom of the outlet.
   • Connect the power cord directly to the outlet.
5. Check Ethernet Connection:
   • Go to the iPad settings and verify that Ethernet is visible under Wi-Fi settings.
   • If Ethernet is not visible, unplug and re-plug the USB cable from the head unit. If necessary, repeat for the power connection.
6. Test Printer Connection:
   • Open a browser and visit “Printio.dolo.”
   • Confirm the printer appears on the page (e.g., DNP 620 with 2×6 and 4×6 options).
   • Perform a test print to ensure proper connection.
7. Using Photo Software:
   • Open your photo booth software (e.g., Photo Flick).
   • Add the printer by selecting 4×6 or 2×6 templates, or both if needed.
   • If you encounter an error with a listed printer, remove and re-add it. Repeat this step whenever you exit the software.
