Cancellation & Non-Refundable Payment Processing Fee (3%): If a customer requests to cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, any approved refund will be issued less a 3% non-refundable payment processing fee. This fee represents transaction costs charged by our third-party payment provider that are not returned to ATA Photobooths when the transaction is refunded.
The 3% processing fee applies once payment has been processed, including cancellations requested before the order has entered production or been shipped. The processing fee is separate from any other applicable cancellation, restocking, shipping, custom-order, or return fees outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
By completing a purchase with ATA Photobooths, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the 3% payment processing fee is non-refundable once the original transaction has been processed.
