Returns
Due to the custom fabrication of the Products returns will not be accepted.
Items that are non-refundable:
1. 360 Photo Booth Platforms and Cases
2. Full System Photo Booth Packages
3. Photo Booth Shells and Cases
4. Any products with custom graphics which include enclosures, inflatable enclosures, custom vinyl logo prints.
Our photo booth platforms, photo booth shells, photo booth systems, and mirror booth products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If any part fails, please contact our support team on our contact page and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receiving the product, as long as it's in its original packaging. You'll need to send an email or message through our contact page. Please note, a 20% re-stocking fee and shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
For incorrect or defective shipments, the item must be returned in new condition and packaging within 48 hours of receiving it to be eligible for a refund.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you of receipt. We'll then update you on the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment, such as your credit card, and you'll receive the credit within a certain number of days based on your card issuer's policies.
In some cases, we understand that you might change your mind about your purchase and want to return the item. Again, we will ONLY refund items not listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
Buyers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT
Before accepting delivery, the buyer will inspect the contracted goods/services for any damage, such as dented or broken packaging or defective goods/services. The cargo company will not deliver damaged or defective items. Upon delivery, the goods/services are assumed to be undamaged and in good condition. It is the responsibility of the buyer to properly protect the goods/services after delivery.
Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
