Orders, Payments & Cancellations

  • Pricing & availability: subject to change without notice.
  • Payment: processed through secure third-party providers.
  • Cancellation & Merchant Processing Fee (3%): If you cancel an order after payment is processed and a refund is issued, the non-refundable 3% payment processing fee charged by our payment provider will be deducted from your refund because processors do not return these fees once a transaction is completed.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass upon carrier pickup. If you opt out of signature-required delivery (“No Signature”), ATA Photobooths is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Non-Returnable Items

  • 360 Photo Booth Platforms & Cases
  • Full System Photo Booth Packages
  • Photo Booth Shells & Cases
  • Photo Printers (Primera iP60, Sinfonis CS2, DNP RX1, DNP 620A, DNP DS40)
  • Any custom-graphics products (backdrops, enclosures, inflatable enclosures, custom vinyl logo prints)

Eligibility & Timing

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return.
  • Item must be unused, unaltered, in original packaging, and in new condition.
  • Return window: within 7 days of receipt.

Buyer’s Remorse

  • Initiate within 3 days of purchase.

  • Restocking fee: 20% of purchase price.

  • Customer pays return shipping; original shipping and the non-refundable 3% processing fee are not refunded.

Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery; provide photos within 2 days.
  • Item must be returned in new condition with original packaging.
  • We are not responsible for lost revenue due to carrier damage.
 

Warranty

All photo booth platforms, shells, systems, and mirror booth products include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty excludes misuse, negligence, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and use of non-approved parts or accessories.

Customer pays shipping to us for evaluation; we cover return shipping for approved warranty claims.

International Orders

  • Customer is responsible for customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
  • Transit times are estimates only; insurance for full purchase value is strongly recommended.
  • Verify local voltage compatibility before use.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to breach security, reverse engineer, or interfere with site operations.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated, products and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

We may update these Terms & our Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
