Learn how to activate your Printio Direct Wired Print Module by locating your device ID Code, requesting your SerialNO from ATA Photobooths, and completing the activation process.
If your Printio Direct Wired AirPrint Module is not activated, you will need to complete the activation process before using it for iPad photo booth printing. Activation connects your Printio device to its assigned serial number and allows it to function properly with your print setup.
Follow the steps below to activate your Printio.
Step 1: Open the About Page
On your Printio system, go to the About Page.
This page contains important device information needed for activation.
Step 2: Locate the ID Code
On the About Page, you will see an ID Code assigned to your Printio.
This ID Code is unique to your device and is required to complete the activation process.
Step 3: Request Your SerialNO
Below the ID Code, you will see a box where you can enter a SerialNO.

When contacting ATA Photobooths, please have your Printio ID Code ready so our team can provide the correct SerialNO for your device.
Step 4: Enter the SerialNO
Once ATA Photobooths provides your SerialNO, enter it into the activation box on the Printio About Page.
Make sure the SerialNO is entered exactly as provided.
Step 5: Confirm Activation
After the SerialNO is entered successfully, your Printio will be activated.
Once activated, the Printio should remain active and should not need to be activated again.
